Personal Development Helps Minority Fathers in America

There has always been that doubt in myself whether or not I can provide for my family in a society that seems to present the image that black fathers are unable to maintain and build a strong family with value, principle and discipline. Could I have really helped but to think that way when the media and entertainment puts a negative stamp on an entire race do to an individual or a groups actions, beliefs not to mention the history in America. Even though I feel that, I am a dedicated honorable proud father. Society keeps reminding me that more positive and respectful fathers need to step up and out in order to support that idea that we real men whether black, brown or white have a responsibility to help raise and educate our children and possibly help elevate children that are fatherless.

I have been a husband now for 5 months and I never pictured myself in this life-changing event-taking place. In getting married and transforming into that, man my dad and my ex-step father failed at being.

I am the main provider for my wife and 8-month-old daughter. I put my self through all the hatred, racism, prejudice that society allows. Do to the lack of support from the community, entertainment and media. I have taken on the responsibility to strengthen myself in order to make sure my family is provided with not only the material necessities but also the encouragement and support needed for them to be successful and confident. I am able to think like this and provide the idea of abundance and joy because of one particular personal development home study course that I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Some of the motivational thoughts and words I dwell on and speak about around my house is positive mental and emotional support. I feel throughout my existence now that I am 28 years old that the idea that good fathers still exist have been pushed to the side like a pedestrian in the way of a wild man running from a robbery he just committed.

I can still remember the receptionist and the nurses faces when I brought my daughter in alone for a check up. My daughter was 2 months at the time and it was pure pleasure for me to have the time with her without my wife. I just remember feeling I am beyond capable of feeding and changing diapers. Therefore, I really did not see the big deal. Until nurse Rosie brought it to my attention, that it was very uncommon for fathers to bring there babies in without the mom. This is the time when it rally sank in that, we really do live in a world where men are just suppose to be providers for the family but is not known for handling and exercising some of the techniques of motherhood woman may have mastered. I strongly believe that men can learn a lot from woman and that woman can learn from men as well.

I really hope I am not alone on the idea that real fathers in this country really get no respect. I mean that is a respectful and sincere way. I know I am not the only responsible and respectful father but we need more of us in the mainstream and in our community to stand up and demand recognition. As soon as I free up some time a plan on joining a Big Brother community program to help the on going problem of young adults and kids out there without fathers or positive remodels, what are you going to do to help?

I am a proud husband and father that gets the priveledge to be a stay at home dad. I love the personal freedom and the reality of financial freedom that we offer and working towards. The most valuable thing I would recommend to everyone is find a personal development coarse that suites you.

Anger Management – Dealing With Anger In Teens

Behavioral issues with a teenager such as dealing with anger can be addressed by the teenager themselves looking into their present life circumstances. Such circumstances can be how they see their life and where their anger stems from. It is the personal feelings of the teenager and their sudden explosive nature that are both connected.

A symptom of anger in a teenager is their unhappiness in life and in particular certain circumstances that they are dealing with, or more importantly what they are NOT dealing with.

Finding the connection between the teenagers own feelings and their anger is one such technique to make improvements in their life and forms a sound platform for anger management. When the teenager exhibits behavioral issues you must agree that the quality of their life is not quite what it should be when they should be enjoying life to the fullest.

Lets discuss one very important proven technique in anger management for the teenager.

Take a piece of paper or note book and write down the headings of how you feel about your present circumstances that makes you feel angry. Such as, “No one likes me and no one will listen to me”, “I hate my friends/mother/father/sister/teacher”, “I have no money and I am a failure” or “I am a bad person so I will act like one”.

These examples are just a few, write down your own individual thoughts YOU FEEL about your circumstances that lead you to feel angry. Not what you think your friends feel but exactly what you feel. If you think you are just no good then write that down.

Pretty soon you will have quite a list of your negative feelings of your anger and some of your responses might surprise you. It is in reality when you read your list that you will see clearly how you feel about your present circumstances and how you feel about your life in general. Reading this list you will want to make changes that will build your opinions that in turn improves your ability to control your feelings of anger.

Now with each heading you have written down you will identify it as a negative thought in your life. We will now change each negative heading into a POSITIVE heading. This is the power of positivity that will improve your feelings of belief.

This is how we do it. Lets say the heading is, “No one likes me”. The positive to this is, “I am a charming and likeable person'” and we write that down. Go through your list and change all the negatives into a positive. As you write the positives don’t you feel some empowerment, some encouragement and some feeling of believing in yourself?

It is working already. Now we take our positives and write them on a small poster and hang it on the wall of our favorite area such as the fridge or our bedroom. As you walk past your poster read aloud your positive headings and learn to believe in your positives.

Your poster will now be called “My Inspirational Poster”. Each time you read your headings and believe in your headings you will find as time passes by that you do not look upon yourself as angry and filled with hatred but powerful and confident with a beautiful friendly and welcoming personality.

Your Inspirational Poster is becoming your daily affirmations that will empower you and provide you with one very small technique in building your ability to control your anger and forms part of your anger management program that will build your self confidence.

Manifesting Your Desires – Focus, Direction, Clarity

Can we really create the life that we wish for? Yes we can.   Manifesting your desires is often called The Law of Attraction or The Power of Intention. Over the past twenty years as a clinical hypnotherapist I have encouraged clients to focus on their desires and create a vision of their desired goal. The ability to manifest our desires is available to everyone. As a hypnotherapist I have used visualization and affirmations techniques with clients and have seen some amazing results.

But what causes one person to manifest and another one not to? Why do we sometimes see ad hoc results from applying the law of attraction?  To understand this better you need to look at what is going on in your subconscious mind and learn to understand and get to know your saboteurs.   If you are merrily applying the law of attraction and focusing on your goals but are not achieving results, it is likely that you have saboteurs operating in the background.   You will know if you have saboteurs by the negative thoughts that crop up when you begin to create a new manifestation.   Thoughts like that will never work; you really think that will happen? Are thoughts of sabotage.   Many people give up at this point feeling as if these thoughts are real when they are really only negative thoughts coming up because you are moving out of your comfort zone.   Rather than giving up or losing focus, this is the time to concentrate on your desires and stay focused and determined that your desires will come to pass.

There are eight steps to actively applying the law of attraction to see consistent results.

  • Keep focused on your desire.  What do you want to achieve?  When you achieve this goal what will it bring into your life? More love, joy, harmony, freedom?  Allow yourself to resonate with this energy.
  •  Focus only on what you want to achieve.   Many people get caught up with focusing on fear. They focus on  what they do not want to happen. To actively create and manifest what you do want, you need to be able to clearly articulate what you want to achieve.
  • Know that if you stay focused on your vision, then it will come into your life. Have an expectation of it arriving. When you were a child you just knew that Santa would come at Christmas. Adopt this same expectation and excitement about your desires coming to fruition.
  • Be patient. Some people have great visions, can visualize their goals coming to fruition, but give up easily when it does not magically  appear in their time frame. Sometimes goals take a bit longer to arrive then we may want. When you are waiting, keep your thoughts focused on your vision coming to fruition.
  • Listen to your intuition. You will be guided moment to moment by your intuition. Whenever you receive guidance from your intuition that is in line with your goal, follow through on the advice.   Intuitive guidance usually comes one step at a time. As you complete each step, your intuition will guide you again.
  • Imagine and visualize your goal as completed. See yourself experiencing the vision as if is is already in the present. Do your visualizing in a deeply, relaxed state of meditation. This way the vision goes into your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind cannot distinguish between real and imagined and sees this goal as your reality.
  • Stay focused. Never give up or doubt that your goal will come to pass.   What you focus on increases the possibility of it occurring, so focusing on your goal will help to bring it to you.
  • The more you focus on your desires, the more prepared you will be to follow your intuitive guidance and bring your goals into being. Actively focus on your goal by setting a goal in writing, repeating your affirmations and visualizations, and being grateful that it is all coming to pass.
  • Remember that manifesting does not always occur in your time frame, sometimes the universal time frame differs from your own. It is at this time that you are required to be patient and faithful, knowing that if you follow your intuition, your goal will come to pass.

    Sensory Learning Styles

    There are many different styles of learning. The three primary sensory learning models are: Visual (eyes), auditory (ears), and kinesthetic (touch or hands-on).

    Many people learn fast by incorporating all three. However, it is important to have a preferred and dominant style of learning. If you are strong in one style of learning you can use it to excel and compensate for any styles of learning that are less developed.

    The following are helpful for the three different types of learners:


    Incorporate the use of images, photos, colors, maps, charts, and graphs. Use DVD’s, radios, and films. Create mind maps and time line charts as study aids. Highlight, circle and underline the text and your notes. Read the text before lectures. Create your own symbols and drawings to illustrate key points. Create flashcards to learn terms and definitions. Ask professors to use more visuals for presentations.


    Read the text out loud. Tape lectures and listen to audios. Participate in study groups to reinforce lessons. Sit where you can hear the lecture well. Avoid studying with disturbing noises in background. Talk problems through. Teach yourself lessons in your own words out loud.


    Read the text and your notes while walking around. Study in short intervals followed by brief exercise breaks. Take courses with labs and field trips. Study with others. Get your hands on what you are learning. Participate in role playing exercises. Use flash cards while moving about. Use a computer to rewrite your notes. Read and highlight to create movement and hands on activity.

    Leadership is About Growing Others – Its Not About You!

    In my opinion this sums up leadership 100% correctly, and also explains why some people can be very good at what they do, and why they will never become a true leader. Leadership is all about self-sacrifice, not worrying about who gets the credit for what idea, and is not about how good the leader looks to the person they report to.

    By focusing on the people served, and not being self-serving, someone can quickly grow in leadership, though his/her formal title may not change.

    If you want to continue to serve yourself, don’t fool yourself into thinking you can lead others to action, though you might be able to lead them in competition.

    An open question for all leaders, and want to be leaders: How are you helping those around you learn, grow and do more?

    Follow-up question: What are you doing that is holding back those who report to you from growing and learning more?

    As Zig Ziglar says, If you help enough people get what they want, eventually you’ll get what you want.

    Afraid to Look Back – Accept the Mistake

    No one likes looking back and seeing all that was not done. Or even worse, seeing what was done WRONG
    Life, when did we think it would come with no mistakes?

    Probably something we were told when we were young. Possible just a reproof from some adult trying to get us to not bother them with our young boundless approach to life and possibly breaking the rules they were “trying” to keep them selves. But the only people I know of that are not making mistakes now. . . well they’re dead.

    Dead people don’t make mistakes. So, if you are dead, well you’re without worries about making mistakes.

    But If you are NOT dead, then you will need to face mistakes and also attempts NOT tried.

    So, here we are in life wanting to know how we can look back and not have regrets. How can we go forward in life without being afraid of making mistakes?

    Simple answer, YOU CAN”T. Life comes with regrets and joys and happiness and mistakes and successes and . . . Yes, life does have all of this as part of life.

    So what do we do to not be afraid to look back?

    Fear of the end is not uncommon for us as humans. Some of us face this early in life. We may have a traumatic occurrence that causes us to LOOK at our life or tell the truth about our values and what is “really” a priority or important to us inside.

    You know inside, when no-one is looking and you are just with your self. What’s really important to you in the silent realness of looking yourself in the mirror. Not the mirror you use to get ready for others. The mirror inside, that tells you about blemishes you are uncomfortable to admit and notice.

    It isn’t really difficult to be brave and be able to look back at your life. You do not need to be afraid of what you have already seen. YOU will not be looking back at what is not OK with you from a long time ago, IF . . .

    If, what . . . ?

    How do you overcome the fear of looking back? How do you stop the worry of not being good enough later or at the end?

    You look now. What . . . ? It can’t be that easy?!?

    Well, yes it is that easy. You are not afraid of what you do regularly. YOU do not have fear about the things you do with skill and ability. When you do it over and over, you do it with greater easy and efficiency.

    So start looking more frequently and with honest satisfaction that you are doing good each day of you life as you live it.

    If you are living now with some honesty and a sincere attitude to notice what you do and improve as you go, you will be happy to see an end. Because you practicing being happy as you go through life.

    Fear of looking back is caused by not looking NOW.

    Stick it to Your Boss – Quit Your Job is Style!

    Many years ago a co-worker confided to me that she planned to “stick it” to her boss for not giving her the preferred schedule and raise that she felt that she deserved. “How do you plan to do this?” I asked. “Girrrrl”, she said with a long, sassy, drawl while moving her neck in a circle, “the next time that witch call me to work over time I am going to tell her hell no. I don’t care how much of a jam she is in. I came in late today and I left early yesterday. I am calling in one day each week until I use all of my sick time. And I am not doing anything that is not a part of my job description. I have already started putting my resume out. When I get my new job, I am not even going to call in… I am just not going to show up and let my boss figure it out for herself. She can stick this job, you-know-where. ”

    I told my co-worker that I had a much more effective plan that would make her boss weep, long sorrowful tears of regret as well as attract a better paying job. Listed below is a guaranteed successful method to stick it to your boss in a way that he or she will never forget.

    1. Come to work 30 minutes to one hour earlier than usual. Better yet, beat your boss to work. Even if you can not punch in the time clock find something useful to do such as pick up litter, clean the bathroom or office area or anything that needs to be done that will improve the atmosphere in your workplace. It doesn’t matter if this is a part of your job description; make your self useful and productive.

    2. Leave late. Don’t watch the clock…stay until everything is done to pure perfection. Ask your colleagues if they need any help closing down for the day. Even if you need to punch out of the time clock, go out of your way to make sure that everything that needs to be done is completed beyond your job description. Help that last customer. Fold one more pair of jeans. Wash that last dish. Clean off the counter. Look around and make sure that every thing looks nice and that no one needs help before you walk out of the door.

    3. Ask your boss the following questions: I there anything… I mean anything that I can do for you to make your job easier? Is there any area of which I need improvement so that I can be more effective on my job? What can I do to do more work is less time? Ask these questions from the bottom of your heart and mean it. No matter what assignment your boss give you, do it to the absolute best of your ability with a positive attitude. Try to find a way to do a better job than your boss could have ever imagined.

    4. Find a niche job that most people either hate or are not capable of doing and become the go-to-expert. If people hate cleaning the bathrooms, you clean them with a spit-shine. If people hate dealing with difficult customers you turn those meanies into purring pussycats. If people hate doing paper work; you offer to file, organize or write any copy that your company needs to be prepared. Find out what you are good at and become the best at it.

    5. Be innovative. Find a need and fill it. Does your company need a form that is less confusing? Create it. Is there a faster more efficient way to service customers? Do it. Do you have an idea for a new product, technology or service that will make more money for your company? Write a plan that describes your technique and submit it to the appropriate people. Great ideas are invaluable resources.

    6. Always have a positive attitude- no matter what your boss or co-workers say to you! Smile and say today is a wonderful day and really mean it. Cry in the shower before coming to work, but make a promise to yourself that once you are out of the shower that all of your negative thoughts and doubts were washed down the drain for that day. Never say anything negative about your company, boss or colleagues. Information always has a way of coming full-circle. If the only positive thought that you can muster is “Thank God that I have a job and I know where my next dime is coming from. ” Be grateful and focus on what is positive in your life.

    7. Increase your marketability. Take a class, read a book or learn a new skill about your current job or another field that interests you. Take a good, honest look at your self and determine if a degree or certificate would help you become more valuable. Each time you learn something new your brain structure changes. You become wiser, smarter and therefore more capable of analyzing complex information. Don’t ever forget the old cliche—Knowledge is Power.

    8. Be a team player. Go out of your way to create and build harmony with your co-workers. Ask them how you could be of assistance to them as a department co-worker or work-team. Let them know that their success is your success because when the company looks good, all of you look good individually and collectively. Don’t be a push over, but lead by example and show your colleagues through your actions and words how a positive work environment builds morale and productivity.

    9. Assess your work habits. Do you come in late? Are you a procrastinator? Are you easily irritated by customers? Do you have antagonist relationships with your co-workers? Do you call in frequently? Are you reliable? Be honest with yourself, would you want to hire someone like you for your own company?

    10. Update your resume and look for a new job after going through steps 1-9. Don’t run away from your current employer. Don’t run away from low wages or unfair treatment. Run to a new job because you are the “bomb”, the stuff and all-of-that-and-a-bag-of-chips. No new employer wants to hear your sad-sob story about why you hate or disliked your job. A new employer wants you to give examples of how you were an asset to your previous job. They want to know what skills you have to offer. They want to know what can you bring to the table that is not already being served by someone else at their company.

    Your positive attitude, strong work ethic and integrity will eventually put you in a position to obtain a better paying job with a wonderful boss who deserves an excellent employee like yourself. When you receive your new job offer—and you will—give your boss the appropriate notice. Leave with class and dignity with a smile on your face.

    Being a class act will make your boss sorry to lose you and maybe think about how difficult it would be to replace such an excellent employee. Not only your boss, but people in general, only miss things that add value to their lives. Not someone who is an undependable pain in the neck. Now this is how to stick it to your boss in style!

    How to Become Smarter

    It is a well known fact that muscles not used, atrophy. For example a broken arm, in a cast and carried in a sling for a period of time, will shrink in size and lose a lot of its strength. Then after it is removed from the cast, it will take several days of use to bring it back to functionality and a few weeks of work to bring it back to its former strength. Well your mind is the same thing, it is like a muscle that when used is strong and when not used atrophies. Today’s discussion is about building up your mind.

    As we just mentioned; a mind which is not kept active will become less alert and will lose its brilliance and intelligence. So it is logical to assume that you must exercise your mind, as well as your physical body. We are all familiar with the benefits of exercise for the body, but it is rarely touched on about exercising the mind. As to relative importance, of the two types, mental exercise should have the priority, in fact, physical exercises should be coordinated with the mind to achieve the maximum results. Any trainer can tell you that you will gain far greater results from the type of exercise you enjoy, than you will from the exercise you force yourself to do. Biking, walking, tennis, or whatever you choose, will help you far more than following a routine of motions that are boring.

    Happiness is relaxing, and muscles respond to exercise more quickly when you are relaxed than when you are tense. So it is with mental conditions which correspond with tenseness and relaxation. If your mind is tense, because of a number of disturbing thoughts attempting to enter, your thinking is not fully developed. You will have difficulty in thinking through your problems, and will be unable to make correct decisions. This little discussion will help you to stimulate and develop your mental faculties, the rewards will be great, and you will find yourself reaching a higher level of delight as you begin developing a quick thinking mind.

    The number one emotional crippler among us humans is frustration. Fortunately for us frustration is not an incurable mental disorder. It is simply the product of an uncontrolled mind. If you allow disturbing thoughts to take over and block all rational thinking, you become almost panicked as your imagination sees yourself thwarted by many problems. You become entangled in a self destructive loop of thinking and soon can not see a way out of your troubles.

    So the first thing you must do is simple, but so few people actually do it, is writing it down. Pick up a sheet of paper and name your problems, put them in a list so you can see what might be done. You will find that you can easily write down number one, and then it may take a few moments before you can set number two on paper. Then it will take a bit longer to find number three, and some concerted effort to think of and write down number four. Rarely will people be able to think of a number five, and even fewer ever come up with a number six. You will be amazed that the huge amount of problems and troubles you thought you had were actually so few, and some even so minor that they could be cured in an afternoon. You will have discovered that a state of frustration had taken your life away, and had completely occupied your mind, but with a little calm thinking your world was soon made right again.

    Next we will discuss “Feeble mindedness”; it is a term that is often misused. When we think of someone as being feebleminded, we think of them as being a hopeless case. This is not always true; usually it is a result of an inactive mind. When you are thinking about plans you are engaging your mind, you are exercising it. This can be from such activities such as puzzles, crafts, reading, painting, gardening, and other “recreational” hobbies that we all have. Every person has a hobby, something you like to do, such as building model ships, growing flowers, etc. Since you like that activity, use it to your advantage and practice it frequently. Also try new hobbies from time to time so that your thinking does not grow stale.

    Then there is the common ailment; Forgetfulness. This “condition” is often caused by having a disorganized mind. When our mind is in a state of turmoil, our powers of recall are lessened. Then when we try to remember any fact, it is slow in coming. So we erroneously accept the thought that we are becoming forgetful and, as we encourage such a condition, (by verbally affirming it) and we grow more forgetful. It is obvious that the memories of those with well disciplined minds are much keener than those with confused minds. So to “cure” your forgetfulness you need simple change your statement to “I’ll think of it in a moment” and do some mental exercises.

    The symptoms of the three “F’s” (frustration, feeble mindedness, and forgetfulness) are sure signs that your mind is not being exercised. So it is a matter of causing your self to think, and any practice of exercises which causes you to think is of great value to you. You will be absolutely amazed to discover how quickly the mind will respond and that in a very short time you will notice major improvement in your ability to think calmly, quickly, and logically.

    Let us discuss now some of those mental exercises. There is the game we learned as kids while in the car, using license plates. Take the numbers of one license plate and add them to the numbers of the next license plate, then add them all together to come up with a “hard” number. For example the first car has the numbers 1 and 4, and the next car has the numbers 3, 6, and 2. 14 plus 362 equals 376, then 3 plus 7 plus 6 equals 16, then 1 plus 6 equals 7, this is your hard number. Then do the next two cars to come up with another hard number, when your hard numbers add up to ten you are done. If you go over ten add those two numbers together to come up with a new hard number and keep going until you end up with ten. For example hard number 7 from the first exercise, is added to hard number 5 from the second exercise for a totally of 12, then add 1 to 2 that equals 3 and this is your new hard number. Continue until you can make a hard total of ten. If the traffic is too light use mile markers, destination and highway signs for the numbers.

    The quizzes, and number or word puzzles which you find in newspapers, and magazines also help to stimulate the mind. Crossword puzzles not only add new words to your vocabulary, but also stimulate your mind as you have to think. As you continue to work with them, you will notice that words come to your mind much faster than they did when you first began to do them. Soon you will be looking forward to the daily paper for the new Sudoku, or word jumble, or crossword puzzle. You may even go out and buy those small books of your favorite type of puzzle, my wife likes to buy and work the word find puzzles.

    Another great exercise is speed reading. Learning how is good practice for your mind process. There are many methods of speed reading to choose from, and courses can be found ranging from free to major investment. Start with the free courses, and if you choose to later, you can buy a course or two. Reading faster speeds up your thinking, and this of course, tends toward sharpening your mind, and aids you most rapidly in the other areas of your life that you choose to improve.

    In association with your mental exercises, be certain to use your mind correctly. Use positive affirmations for the maximum effect. Most people, when called upon to arrive at some solution which requires their concentrated thinking, will immediately say: “Oh, I can’t do that. ” This, of course, is a sure way to block the mental processes. By this verbal affirmation you have just blocked your own thinking so that a logical solution will not be forthcoming. Always speak the positive, say things like: “This will be fun” or “This looks like a fun challenge” and so on. Build on the thought that these mental exercises are easy for you and that you will gain great benefits. Develop the awareness that your mind is becoming more active every day. It is inter
    esting, and enjoyable, to discover your mind is becoming more relaxed, faster, and alert.

    5 Daily Habits You Should Incorporate Into Your Life

    Your daily habits greatly influence the success you achieve in life. Focusing on productive habits while minimizing nonproductive habits will go a long way in giving you the life you want. These five habits will make you healthier, smarter, and give you more money to invest in your future. At the same time, these habits will replace nonproductive habits that are holding you back. Here they are:

    Habit 1: Devote at Least an Hour a Day to Reading

    Reading has so many benefits. Not only is it good exercise for the mind, but it also is a great escape from the problems you are facing in your life. It is a much more productive habit than watching television. Take at least an hour out of your television time and devote that time to reading something that will make a positive difference in your life. Read about the topics that interest you. Read about improving the areas of your life that you want to improve. Read some of the great literature out there. It doesn’t matter what you read, just read.

    Habit 2: Make a Daily To-Do List

    To-do lists are great at getting you to do the things you need to do but keep putting off. Making a list of things that you want to accomplish daily will make you much more productive and a more efficient person. You will be amazed at how much you get done. Take some time each night and write down the things you want to accomplish the next day. Write down enough things to keep you busy. Challenge yourself.

    Habit 3: Walk an Hour a Day

    Walking is a great low intensity exercise. It’s great for fat burning and even relaxing. If you need some time alone, go outside and take a walk. A daily walk will help you shed the pounds and keep them off, while at the same time give you some time to yourself.

    Habit 4: Drink Lots of Water

    Drinking water instead of soft drinks is about the best thing you can do for your health. Try to drink at least half a gallon of water a day. I went out and bought an aluminum water bottle. I just refill it with filtered water when I finish the bottle. This saves me money because I don’t have to buy bottled water, and its great for the environment because I have no plastic to throw away.

    Habit 5: Pack your Lunch for Work

    Taking your lunch to work is great because it gives you better flexibility on your food choices. It’s also much cheaper than going to a restaurant for lunch.     Incorporate These Habits

    You should definitely incorporate these habits into your life as soon as possible. They replace the nonproductive habits with more productive ones. These habits are a positive step towards your health, mental, and financial goals.
